Test Name : ITSM -- Major Incident  Management -- Escalated.

Test Name : ITSM -- Major Incident Management -- p1 incident.
Step that failed -- Communication Tabs  not appearing.Expected result --  Update , Alert , Tech Bridge , Resolved.
Describe the defect document details  of the issue on the communicate tab below tabs are not appearing   Update , Alert , Tech Bridge , Resolved.


Any idea how to get the above data .

Please provide some screen shot. Also are you trying in PDI or client instance.

 

Might be in PDI, so demo data missing, try to repair the MI plugins with Demo data.
