Hello Team,

 

When a major incident occurs, users automatically receive notifications with updates every hour (like work notes, who worked on the ticket).

Hi Alen,

My ask is also related to this, Actually I need to Post an Alert Banner on Connect chat during Outages for Major Incidents. This can help the users to wait and reach back later.
