Movement of catalog items

Hello Everyone

I have around 100 catalog items which require movement across instances.

Is there any way other than update sets so that the flow, workflow and variables get captured at once

Capture those in an update set and migrate

You can also export/import via XML but you will have to keep track of what needs to be moved 1st example variable, variable set etc

another workaround is here but use with caution
