Need to create a report like total number of incident created in a month divided by distinct users

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a report like total number of tickets created in a month divided by users who created an incident.

But here each users should be counted as one for example: if a  3 users created 12 tickets in a month then the report should be calculated as  12/3 and show the result.

Not sure this can achieved with normal reports.

If possible can anyone provide step by step processer?

Hi @phanendra varma you can make it in few steps as below:

1.in the Incident list view apply filter as below

2.In the list Click on Column options for "Created By" field and select Pie chart as below

3.By Clicking on save you can save the report  as in below screen
