Ui action 'Create knowledge' should not visible once the KB article will be createdfrom the incident

Could anyone please help me on the below question.

 

I have created a ui action 'Create Knowledge' in incident form. Once the incident will be in resolved state the ui action is visible.

 

Once the knowledge article will be created from this i need to update the knowledge article number in incident form and the ui action should not be visible after that.This is the code i have written for ui action.

Can anyone please help me how to achieve this.
