Need to know the tickets created and tickets closure count in shifts ( Morning shift, general shift, afternoon shift, night shift ) , but the catch is that the shifts are overlapping by 2-3 hours .
Ex: Morning shift : 6AM - 3PM , General Shift: 9AM- 7PM , Afternoon shift : 2PM - 10PM , Night Shift: 8PM - 6PM .
Is there a possibility to achieve the tickets created and closed in each of the shifts and not get the tickets duplicated while getting the dump of tickets .
Please let us know , if there is solution for this case.

you can use Trend in filter condition but since you have overlapping it might not be proper.
