Hi there,
I want to add field from "task_sla" table to "Ticket Fields" widget.

I agree that SLA information is not necessary for end users on portal.
But the requirement is achievable and I was able to achieve that.
The link I shared simply tells the server side script which needs to be enhanced and would help person with developer skills to know what change and where change is required.
@Narayan K I was able to show that, see below

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Narayan K
I doubt it is because you are looking for an SLA field, and the widget is carrying the incident field. Also, why do you want to show the SLA to end users?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Atul,
I want to show an estimate time left for incident to get resolved.
So if i add "Business Time Left" field in this widget that would be helpful.
Thanks!

Hi @Narayan K
As I said, no, it is not possible either. We never show the SLA to any customer.
What @Ankur Bawiskar is shared is not relevant here.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
