Need to update manager in the watchlist of an incident.

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement and making it as simple for your understanding.

When a caller changes in incident then the manager should get replaced with new manager to the watchlist.

Ex : When a caller is selected then it is updating the watchlist with manager in comma separated, Then the caller changes the old values exist and new caller's manager should get replaced with old callers manager.

I need this validation should get happen with client script on change of caller.

Pasting the script which i have tried, but i was only adding manager with comma separated on change of caller but not replacing and adding as a new value with comma separated.
