Not allow user to uncheck the field in activity filter

Hi,

I select a field in activity filter and I dont want any user to uncheck it from the filter every user should have that field in activity filter. Can someone suggest how can I achieve this?

Ideally admins can add field to be shown/hidden in activity filter
