Hi Community,
I want to trigger notification before 2 hours of sla breach, immediately, after 1 hour and after 4 hours of sla breach.
For immediately, we need to add condition as: Has breached is true.
But what condition i need to add for before 2 hours, after 1 and 4 hours of sla breach.

You will need to create an SLA workflow or flow to run "SLA Percentage Timer" activities that in turn will trigger events that your notifications are sent by
