I like to have a possibility on the shift planning, to define the Escalation path either as a template, or even better, have the possibility to define the Escalation path separately from the schedule and select in the Escalation, which schedules should use this.
We are using On-Call shift management on a big, scaled operations with a lot of similar escalations.
Could you please confirm how to archive this
