On major incident workbench "technical update " template adding extra space

Hi All , 

I have received an incident to check there is an extra space added in technical update template in Major incident records but actual  client email technical template we do not have the space but on major incident records user clicks on "compose button " space getting auto added and its happening from two month
Getting Extra space before body content start and after the update number

it is not clear where you are getting the extra spaces. Try with removing <p> tag.

did the instance get upgraded recently?

Yes instance upgraded and after that issue started , so it can be the reason ? and how to find out ?
