Hi all,
When an improvement initiative is created and then approved, if I need to assess costs and resources I'll convert it to a demand, then project and it will be released with conversion to change request.
Is it correct?
Improvement initiatives can be directly implemented and released without the need to be converted to a demand?
If so, can you please provide use cases?
Generally I assume that each type of improvement, and so development, needs a cost/resource assessment:
if not converted to a demand, what happens to the initiative improvement?
Many thanks

Hi,
Thank you but I already checked in Now Create and it is not clarified in which cases an improvement initiative can be directly developed (conversion to change request) rather than converted to a demand for cost/resource assessment.
Can you please provide feedback on this?
Many thanks
