Hi team,
In my flow designer, i have 5 catalog tasks and all need to be created at once based on my use case.
I want my flow to be paused until all the catalog tasks are completed. Can anyone tell me how this can be achieved via flow designer

Hi @Deepika54
Please refer to the following link regarding using Flow Designer in ServiceNow to wait for all tasks to be completed before proceeding:
🔗 Flow: How to properly wait for all SC Task records to be completed
This solution worked well for me in my project.
Thanks,
Vignesh

You can utilize a combination of parallel execution and wait conditions. First, group the creation of your catalog tasks within a Do the following in parallel action. For each catalog task, ensure that the Wait checkbox is selected. This setup will initiate all tasks simultaneously and pause the flow until each task reaches a closed state. This approach is effective when the number of tasks is manageable and known in advance. For more complex scenarios, such as dynamically created tasks, consider implementing a subflow that iterates through all related tasks, checking their completion status and pausing the flow until all tasks are closed.....

you can create them at once and ensure uncheck Wait checkbox on "Create Catalog Task" flow action
Then you can Lookup and For each to check if all tasks are completed
like this
