Personalize option on service portal list view

I had a requirement. How to add Personalize option on service portal list view, which is one of my requirement .i didn't get related answer for this question. Feature to allow end users to add or remove columns from list view on service portal. Could you please help me  on this.

i want o add gear icon at yellow marked place which is mentioned in screen shot for personalize option for add or remove column,
