Hello,
for Major Incident, I have the Communication Plan Definition set up for Initial communication. The Communication Channels are Email and SMS. The SMS option has a template but the users are not showing up on the workbench. When the Communication task is selected, the SMS option does not have any numbers in it. Where do we add the Notify SMS numbers so that they populate on the workbench. I need to understand how the SMS option works. FYI, I do have a group selected in the Communication Contact Definition tab in the Comm Plan Definition but those users do not have mobile numbers.

Found the solution. The Communication Plan Definition > Communication Contact Definition needs the recipient list that can be filtered down to the group. If the Group choice is selected, the SMS will not work. Also, make sure the mobile format is in E164 format ex: +1 (000)000-0000
