So I have been tasked with creating a predictive intelligence (PI) model to auto assign a ticket to the proper assignment group based on the model I trained. Our company has several locations across the US and so I have a lot of data to pull from and because of that the computers we have in our service now system are categorized by location so when a user puts in a ticket and they add their computer name its associated with a physical office location . My question is, when I push this model into an update set and push it to prod, will the model take into account the location of the computers site and apply it to the correct group. I.e. A user from Florida isn't getting their ticket assigned to a team in Colorado.
