Price section hidden when "Requested for" user is inactive

We are experiencing an issue with an item where the price section is hidden when the "Requested for" user is inactive, although it should always be visible regardless of the user’s status.
Some users are unable to see the price section, while in other cases it appears correctly.
Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Could it be related to a Catalog UI Policy, Client Script, or pricing configuration?

Its not OOB behaviour. Something is customized or did you check this thing in incognito/private brwser?
