Hi @manikantade

If I'm not mistaken, problem tasks need to be created manually — there isn't a workflow that creates them automatically."

Hi @manikantade ,

Please check and validate the P1 incident and Problem and Problem task relationship logic.

If you found something is not working as expected then share that code.

-Thanks,

Hi @manikantade ,

do you have a workflow for this? Problem and problem task are not generated automatically, unless you have a specific workflow for it.
