When reviewing the VIP incident, I noticed that the caller’s name appears in red text on Chrome, but not on Edge.

Hi @MohitSaxena 

 

I tried in my PDI and in edge it fine. Might be issue with the broswer. Try to update

Yes, For me also it is working fine, But only for few users, Edge is not showing this in red color.

 

It might be a browser issue. Can you check if they’re using the latest version of Edge?

I dig a bit and found If Incident is closed, Then for ITIL users that caller field is not showing up as Red color. (in both Chrome and Edge)

I enlarged the VIP symbol, Please ignore that.
