Problem task is not created for the p1 critical incidents after incident resolve

I have some problem regarding problem task. problem task is not created for the p1 critical incident after closing. could you please help me with this issue.

is this an OOTB process and it's not working?

OR

Is that a custom solution developed earlier and not working fine now?

Are you currently using any custom process for problem creation in the case of P1 incidents resolution? If so, please share the relevant code snippet or flow steps so that we can assist you further

no I am not using any custom process and also I am not aware of that

problem record is not created automatically after the incident resolution OOB, However you can create a custom flow or BR to create the same . please let me know if you need help with flow creation or BR.
