Remove the section in service operations workspace

I need to remove the section(cause) in the incident form in SOW, I have done configure form layout and form builder. it's done but it is still showing in the incident form, I don 't know how it is showing even after removing completely, can you guys look into this and help me

you want the Cause section to be removed from Overview tab?

If yes then remove it from this form view "SOW-Incident-Overview" and you are good to go

1) Configure Form Design

2) Select the view

3) On that section click Cross icon

OR

Delete it from here that section

Navigate to UI Builder -> Page collections -> SOW - Record tabs left

Duplicate variant Incident Overview SNC

Keep the new variant order lowest i.e 10,20

Check Hide component on the right panel for cause container
