Request History (Audit) on Activities Stream

Is it possible to include a field from the audit history of a request onto the Activities Stream (Notes tab)? For example: I would like to include on the Notes tab any changes to the Priority.

Go to the RITM form and select the funnel icon next to the 'activities':

You can select the fields there (OOB Priority is already set for RITM). Through 'configure available fields' you can select other fields. If the field isn't there, you can check in the system properties for any glide.ui.TABLE_activity.fields property and add your field there.
