Resolve multiple records using list action for incidents

Hi 

 I have a requirement to add a list action to resolve all selected incidents at once and need a pop up box/dialog box to fill the resolution code and resolution notes, so that resolution code and notes will be updated for all the selected records

Hi @Community Alums ,

 In this they are using default close notes but my requirement is different every time I use list action I need a different resolution notes and code through pop up box/dialog box
