Missing Email Templates from Compose Email

Hello all,

In my previous companies that used SN, in the tickets (all ticket types), under ..., Email (Compose Email), there used to be a dropdown list at the top near the paperclip to select the email template you wanted to apply. In our instance, as well as my PDI (with just about every application installed) I don't see it. Nor do I find the Email Templates when I search "All" for Email Templates which would allow me to create the Email Templates to use under Compose Email, but I can no longer find them.

Have they been removed from SN or renamed to something else?

Hello @sdkenner 

You should be able to see the quick message table and configure the template for any table. I can see it in by PDI (Utah)

Thank you very much! I must have renamed my shortcut to email templates and that's what I was searching for instead of Quick Messages.
