Resolve UI Action Button not working on Service Operations Workspace

Hi community, 

 

I'm currently testing out Service Operations Workspace in preparation for an integration with Zoom Contact Center that I will be rolling out. I've gone through the initial configuration of the workspace but noticed that there was no resolve button on the "Service Operations Workspace" or "Service Operations Workspace New Record" views. I went in the UI action for resolve on the incident table and enabled the checkbox for Workspace Form Button

However, although the resolve button shows, clicking it does nothing.

I tried it out in another instance and pressing the button would bring up a pop-up window asking for the resolve codes and resolution notes. I cross-referenced the UI action between instances and couldn't find any difference. Has anyone else run into an issue like this?

Could you please tell me what settings you moved from one instance to another to get this to work?
