Hi
When we retire an Assignment Group, apparently they are still available for selection, can someone confirm that this is OOB functionality.
This is how our platform is currently functioning, we are finding Incidents/requests assigned to the wrong assignment group, even though they had been made inactive a long time ago
Which to me does not make sense why this would be OOB functionality
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @michelle kirk ,
There is no issue with your platform, you just need to add the condition to display only active group. By default it will display all.
you need to update the reference qualifier to filter the active group like below.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you found my response helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and marking it as "Helpful." This not only supports me but also benefits the community.
