Self Service / My Assessments and Survey - Card View

Received a request to enhance this area so all assigned Demand assessments are setup as a individual "card" in this view, just like the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
I looked at the UI Page properties, but couldn't decipher why it works one way with Surveys and a list view way for Demand Assessments
(see attachment for screen shots)
Any Suggestions????

This solution is for what is displayed on the Cards, not the view itself.
The current UI displays each Survey as a Card, but it displays all the Demand Assessments in a List view all together, and you have to complete each one before you can submit.
What I am looking for is a solution to have the Demand Assessments be like the Survey - each one a "tile" in the Self Service view

Hi Terrie sorry to dig up an old discussion but did you ever resolve this? I've got the same issue now where I would like to show demand assessments in this way...
