1. What location should I use to ask questions of Service Now ticketing
2. How can I set a notification when there is an activity in one of my tickets.

I'm still confused as where to post questions not tickets. I am an IT Administrator and use the Service Now ticketing system. I want to be able to post questions to a community forum to ask other administrator on tips and tricks on how they use the system, setup dashboards, etc. Thank you.

Here is another way to phrase my question. If I go to https://www.servicenow.com/community/ and post a question it asks for "Select Location" (see screenshot) and I am not sure what I should select to ask others IT Administrators questions about how they use the ticketing system.
