Hello @D-a-n_L,

To ask questions about ServiceNow ticketing, you can use the ServiceNow Knowledge base, which is accessible through the Now Support portal. The Knowledge base contains troubleshooting tips, known errors, and solutions to common questions. To access the Knowledge base, you can:
  1. Go to the Now Support portal
  2. Select Get Help
  3. Select Knowledge

You can also check the status of a ServiceNow ticket by going to the ITS Customer Support Center page and clicking the Track My Service Tickets button.

If it is helpful, please mark it as helpful and accept the correct solution. In future, it might be helpful for someone to refer to this solution.
Thanks & Regards,
Abbas Shaik

I'm still confused as where to post questions not tickets. I am an IT Administrator and use the Service Now ticketing system. I want to be able to  post questions to a community forum to ask other administrator on tips and tricks on how they use the system, setup dashboards, etc. Thank you.

Here is another way to phrase my question. If I go to https://www.servicenow.com/community/ and post a question it asks for "Select Location" (see screenshot) and I am not sure what I should select to ask others IT Administrators questions about how they use the ticketing system.
