ServiceNow creating duplicate incident while integrating with PagerDuty

Hi team,

while creating an incident in servicenow for pagerduty, there is duplicate getting created and that is going to linked with PagerDuty. did anyone faced this issue? please help me in resolving this. Attached screenshot for your reference below.

Hi @ViswaSunny on incident table double check is there any current.insert() method? also check in script includes and in your integration scripts to validate
