ServiceNow paging

Hi all,

Needed paging enabled for p1, p2 type incidents.

When p1 or p2 is created and assigned to Database team and assigned is empty then trigger the call to Database team.

 

please let me know if anyone implemented or any insight.

Do you want to send an email to the database team?
If yes then you can create notification on incident table with your condition.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , For example ,when P1 or p2 created with Database team, then triggers calls to Database members team members to for the fixing the incident.

want to know the process trigger the call to database team members.

So P1 and P2 incidents are getting created and assigned to Database team.

You want to know how and from where this assignment is happening?
