Hi @poonamv,

The feedback widget you’re referring to is the Experience Feedback, which is only available with Employee Center Pro (plugin:sn_ex_sp_pro).

If Employee Center Pro is installed in your instance, you’ll find the Experience Feedback Drawer widget in the widget list.
