Is there any way to include incidents only once in SLA graph either in breached or achieved irrespective of SLA definitions attached to the Incident.
Example : I have a incident which has 4 SLA's attached to it, in the 3 are nor breached and 1 SLA is breached. I want to consider this only in breached number, how do it represent that in the graph.

Hi @JeevithaD
NO, It is not possible,( In which Incident needs to be taken either in breached or achieved but not in both. ). system generate by both values or all values. You cant hide one value. and if you hide then how you will compare between true and false.
