I've been trying to locate any best practices around Incident reporting when it comes to parent/child incident relationships. I'm wondering if you all have any information on best practices when reporting against incidents: should reports include child incidents or exclude them? To clarify, these would be "regular" incidents with children associated - not major incidents.

Hi @cmheller
I will say, don't include child incident in reporting with parent, it will be lengthy and confusing too. Try to evaluate each incident as individual
