SLA is not showing

I have one defect to resolve :

Under the Record information section, why does it show no matching SLA available for Response/Resolution, when each INC has an SLA defined.

Actually in the below images it is showing no matching SLA for response and resolution but if we click on view all SLAs, it is showing some as empty. How to resolve this?
