Slow Queries - when an end user selected the all module the slow Queries is running.

When end user selected the Incident- all module. The Slow Querie is running and the performance getting taking long time to execute.

I have checked it is before Business Rule is running in the sysuser_prefernce table. I have deactivated the Br and checked again still this error is occurred. Please suggest.

This could be because of huge no of records in the Incidents table 

Create a Case with ServiceNow for Index query

 They will create index query for that query which will improve the performance.

is this happening with all users or few users?

Did you check with admin?

How many records are there in that table? Is your table indexed?

Yes all the users having the same issue, including admin

Records - 5,940,000 + records. Yes table have the indexed
