Template for ITSM and SPM Foundation Data

Dear all,

Do we have Best Practices asset for ITSM Foundation Data? If yes, could you please share?
Also, I would need the Foundation data for SPM as well.

I am in need of both the templates that would be handy in the requirement gathering.

A quick response would be helpful.

For ITSM, the foundation data would be:

• User Records: Every user must have a record in the user table (sys_user), categorized as internal, external, or end user. User metadata includes skills, company, department, location, and delegates, which are managed in related tables (cmn_skill, cmn_company, cmn_department, cmn_location).
• Groups (Resolver Groups)
• Roles
• Configuration Items (CIs) and Assets
• Categories and Templates
• KPIs and Reporting
• Approvals, Integration Points, Surveys, Data Visibility, Cost Centers, Holiday Calendars.

The best option is to go to Now Create, also known as the Best Practices site, where you can find all the templates and related materials.

You can use the OOTB templates available to download from the instance and share them with the client to complete and populate the required information.

Hey Atul, thanks. I am on it already, but I am checking, if someone has a readymade template for ITSM and SPM Foundation Data alone, that I can furnish to the customer and get all the required inputs in. (A kind of excel document).

NowCreate documents are not specific to what I am looking for.
