Template icon is not available in Agent workspace.

Hello All, 

 

Template icon is not available in Agent workspace. When User is trying to create new interaction, incident template icon is not available. 

Can anyone please help me with this.

Hi @niveditakumari ,

This is expected behaviour and by design. The workaround that can be used is the following:

  1. Navigate to sys_declarative_action_assignment.list
  2. Search record with sys_id= 9f7bc17d53332300099addeeff7b1208
  3. Remove all of the Script Condition content
  4. Change the icon value to document-outline which matches all template icon in other tables
  5. Save the record
