Hope you doing good!!
In the service operation workspace, if I create a new incident after creating the incident, the email will be triggered. After trigger the email, I navigate to reply, reply all and forward button, but that button is visible, but those are not working in the SOW can you please let me know what I need to do for this situation I have attached the screen shot as well.

Add that Activities Filter to that view by configuring the correct workspace form view.
