In the same request scope, I need the ability to share specific documents with the internal team (users with an insead.edu email) and other documents/screenshots with external users (those with non-insead.edu email addresses). The documents intended for the internal team should be attached with a work note reference, while those for external users should be shared via customer comments and the watchlist.
Is it feasible to tag or categorize documents (e.g., "Internal" or "External") to clearly differentiate which group the attachments should be shared with, within the same request?

No, you can not do on same form, better you create task for both team and control the task visibility.

Hi @ShrutiG57423582 ,
No, attachment encryption give you option to encrypt it for whole table and for a record. 2nd encryption can not control the attachment visibility.
