Unable to attach specific knowledge article on incident. When we are trying to search knowledge article in "Related Search Result" field on incident getting an error "No matching results found for ..." even though knowledge article is Active & published and we can search it via global search only issue with "Related Search Result" on incident. Tried to search using KB Number, Short Description, Key words. Checked contextual Search Configuration but no luck. Your assistance will be valuable. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the above documentation. The valid to date is in future only, which is 2026-01-03. And as I checked the history the article was republished on 07-07-2025. Previously we are able to attach it. Last time we are able to attach it successfully on 31-07-2025.
