Hello,
The Related Search that shows up when a fulfiller is inside a case is not showing all of our knowledge articles. It is currently only showing articles in the Human Resources General Knowledge Base, but we have several other Knowledge Bases. Is there a way to get all of our knowledge bases' articles to show up in this search.
I've been looking around in the Contextual Search options but I haven't had any luck yet.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Rylie,
Those results are part of the contextual search.
As a possibility, the contextual search is filtering the records that you see.
So you can go to Contextual Search > Search Contexts and locate the record "case knowledge base search".
Open it and go to the related list "Resource configuration". Open the "knowledge" record and check if the condition in the related list "Search Resource Context Properties" is correct.
Please, also check other contextual search records if this is not the one you are using.
Hope this helps!
Please, don't forget to mark my answer as correct if it solves your issue or mark it as helpful if it is relevant for you!
Best Regards,
Filipe Cruz
