Use of Action Taken in Journal fields

In Major Incident Module, we have a field "action_taken" in the Journal fields. Could anyone please let me know the use of that field and on what condition this is visible.

The "action_taken" field in the Journal fields is used to record the action taken by a user on a particular record or configuration made as part of the Incident. It is in line with Resolution notes or additional comments. It provides a historical log of all the changes made, including updates, comments, and other activities related to that particular incident. This helps in maintaining a detailed audit trail and allows users to track the history of actions performed over time.
