User is being redirected to different user profile

Hi
I noticed when 2-3 user are trying to access the service portal they are redirected to different user.
All 3 user are redirected to same user.
Have asked the user to clear the cache history, log out and in once again, change the browser everything.
But still, it is the same issue.
Can somebody help me on this.

Could you please put the SSO link again in one of the user profiles and then test, it before clearing the cache?

Phew! Could you please ask the user to log in via mobile instead of a laptop? If that still doesn't work, here are the last two options:
- Try to repair the SSO plugin.
- Log a new support case.

But when i am impersonating, its redirecting to the correct profile.

Please check the sso id for the specific user, whether it's mapped correctly or not?
