Utah - Description Field Width Issue

Noticed the Description field is not expanding to it's parent's width after upgrading to Utah. Before I mess with this, can anyone confirm if this was fixed in Utah patch 3?

Incident, but it's happening on all forms using fields with type HTML.

I don't see any reference to a fix in patch 3.

Thanks, turns out it was a problem with TinyMCE.
