Hide Incident self service view

Hi,

Can anyone help me on how to hide self service view from incident.

Hello @Alekhya12 ,

1. In the Application navigator search System UI

2. Go to views and select which view you want to hide

3. Select hidden checkbox

Hi, I have done that but still self service view option is visible

I guess ServiceNow built function we can't hide the "self-service view"
