Validate external calls in incident management

Good Morning,

 

Is there a way to auto generate a passcode in the incident module so that our employees can be validated on a call?  Sometimes we have employees that may not be on a company phone but we want to make sure that employee receiving the call is always protected from scammers.  Please let me know if additional information is needed.  I just wanted to make sure ServiceNow didn't have a solution for this already.
