Virtual agent avatars

Hi experts, I have couple of queries.

 

1.  Why messages have different avatars? (VA and now).  From where we can modify those avatars to add our custom avatar icon.

2. From where we can modify the help texts like "please type your request" highlighted in yellow.

For to change "Avatar" of VA  use ‘Default Branding’ record in branding settings (Filter Navigator -> Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> General -> Branding -> View All -> Default Branding)

Click on "Bot Profile" --> "Virtual Agent" --> Delete image and upload whatever u want.

  • To change the virtual agent chat header & chat header logo, we can use ‘Default Branding’ record in branding settings (Filter Navigator -> Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> General -> Branding -> View All -> Default Branding)
    • To change the chat header, modify the ‘Chat Header’ field of the above record.
    • To change the chat header logo, add appropriate logo in the ‘Chat Header Logo’ field of the above record.
  • To change the theme colors, icons used & menu items related to virtual agent, we can modify them in the ‘Colors’, ‘Icons’ & ‘Menu Items’ sections respectively in the above record.
  • If these changes shouldn’t disturb the other portals, then instead of adding the portal in ‘WSP chat’ record in ‘Service Portal Agent Chat Configurations’ table, create a new record in that table and add the portal in the ‘Portals’ field of that record.
    • Now create a new record in branding settings and use that record instead of ‘Default Branding’ for modifying ‘Chat Header’, ‘Chat Header Logo’, ‘Colors’, ‘Icons’, ‘Menu Items’ sections specifically for the portal (Filter Navigator -> Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> General -> Branding -> View All -> New)

Now add the ‘Branding Key’ field value in the ‘branding_key’ property present in the ‘Server script’ section of record created in ‘Service Portal Agent Chat Configurations’ table.

Sorry, I don't know how to change this text. But it will change dynamically as the inputs in VA.
