What is turnstile activity in workflow and subflow. 

Can anyone please tell when we use turnstile activity and example for subflow and we can call that.

However, I strongly suggest you switch to Flow Designer and stop building Workflows.  Much more modern and much better in the long run.  There are times one does need Workflow but I would limit it to a bare minimum.
