When we convert Incident into Problem, the work notes & additional comments should auto populate in the problem also.

An incident never gets converted directly into a problem, but a problem record can be created from an incident. You need to check the UI action—Create Problem. However, copying or adding worknotes and additional comments isn’t possible because there may be many worknotes and comments on the incident. Also, these are stored in a history or log table, which is not easy to search or copy from.
